Walk With Compassion

The walk to end child poverty!

Walk With Compassion, the walk to end child poverty, is coming to Salt Lake City on September 17 at Memory Grove. One third of the poor in the developing world are children, and they are especially vulnerable to the challenges of extreme poverty. Often lacking clean water, shelter, emergency medical care, and education, too many of these children give up hope. By participating in Walk with Compassion SLC, either as a fundraiser or supporter, you are sending a powerful message to these innocent children that they matter, and that they have not been forgotten. The short walk itself is a family friendly celebration of the impact our city has had for children in poverty, as well as a chance to journey through a true story of hope and redemption, learning about the real-life obstacles children in poverty face everyday. Extreme child poverty is not something we can solve alone. But together, we can end child poverty. For more information and to register, visit WalkWithCompassion.com
