BREAKING NEWS: Murray Council votes 'No" to additonal UTOPIA funding

The Murray City Council voted 4-1 tonight not to provide additional funding for the UTOPIA project. Whether the city will withdraw completely from the project, which is designed to provide total connectivity to all homes and businesses in a community, is yet to be decided. Council members voiced their hope for "other options." Tentatively, the city will stay involved but will not commit anymore public funds to the project for now.
