“We do everything,” owner Kevin Kelsey says. “We do new homes, remodels, additions. We do repair work on leaky faucets, small drains and sinks.”

Currently, Kelsey Plumbing even installs medical gas in dentist offices. Kevin and his son Randy, a five-year journeyman plumber, even do tenant improvements in the Fashion Place and South Towne malls.

Kevin, who keeps the Kelsey Plumbing office in his Murray home, particularly enjoys serving Murray residents but is willing and able to respond to customers’ needs in other cities.

“We love working in the community of Murray but we will go anywhere,” he says.

When you enlist the services of Kelsey Plumbing you’ll get expertise and experience. Kevin has been a professional plumber since 1976. He says his greatest satisfactions with his work are being able to help others and make their situation better than it was when he arrived on the scene.

“I love to see things fixed right,” he says. “I like to walk away from the job and see that it’s right.”

Kevin says Kelsey Plumbing is a no-nonsense, straightforward business. You won’t see fancy gimmicks or catchy slogans; you’ll only see high-quality work and experience exemplary service. Kevin says he isn’t interested in coaxing people into buying products and services that aren’t essential.

“We’re not trying to get rich; we’re trying to make a living,” he says. “We’re not expensive compared to competitors. We don’t get in the door and try to jack up the price. We’re not going to sell [customers] a lot of stuff they don’t have to have.”

When Kelsey Plumbing works for you, the initial quoted costs will be the final costs, period. There are no hidden fees or added expenses. There will be no surprises.

“It’s low pressure. We’re not going to try and nickel and dime them,” Kevin says.

There’s also no need to worry about Kelsey Plumbing technicians making a mess in your home when they come over, no matter how small or large the job. “We always clean up after ourselves,” Kevin says. “We make it cleaner than when we got there.”

“We’re willing to work with people,” he says. “We just want to stay busy.”
