Tennis Team

Murray’s Paul Winterowd (seventh from left) was a member of a men’s 3.0 tennis team that competed at the United States Tennis Association National Finals Oct. 21-23 in Tucson, Ariz. The 16-member team defeated a Minneapolis team, from the Northern Section, 5-0 and lost two matches in tie-breakers – one to the Caribbean Section’s San Juan, Puerto Rico team 3-2 and the other to the Northern California’s San Francisco Team 3-2 – at the national tournament.
