Crews started installing windows on the new Murray City Hall. Ground and second-floor offices have been completed on the east side, while the west side will be completed in the second phase.

Also premiering at the construction site are parking lots with fresh striping. Parking stalls that surround the west side of the building, as well as an auxiliary lot across 5th Avenue, are ready for cars. The old Poplar Street and former La Femme Beauty Salon on the east side will be converted to parking when construction crews finish using them as staging areas. Hanauer Street, which borders city hall on the east, has been completed for over a year but is not open to traffic.
