As part of Utah’s official arboretum, there’s no better place to celebrate Arbor Day than Red Butte Garden. Because we are currently closed to the public, this year we will bring the Garden to you! Stay tuned for a tree-rific virtual tour, fun and educational stay-at-home activities, and more.

Red Butte Garden usually celebrates Arbor Day as a free admission day, with tree sapling give-aways, and activity stations placed throughout the Garden for families and kids to participate in and learn about trees. We are able to do this thanks to the Zoo, Arts & Parks (ZAP) program.
